Returns
You have 14 days to request a return after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll assess the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return has been accepted.

Right of withdrawal (EU)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with regular returns, the item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll let you know if it’s been approved. If so, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved, contact us at hello@matsii.com.
